hr collateral rebrand
In 2022, the company recognized the need to refresh its human resources hiring collateral. The redesign was driven by the need to modernize our materials, ensuring they aligned with our current brand standards. The existing design felt outdated, with colors and branding elements that no longer reflected our identity. Imagery was another key focus—many of the team members featured in the collateral had moved on or preferred not to have their photos used. Additionally, consistency was a challenge, as inconsistencies in colors, copy, illustrations, and formatting created a disjointed experience.
My goal was to create a refreshed, cohesive look that felt modern and polished and reinforced our brand’s identity across all touchpoints. I led the creative direction and execution of key materials, including the annual 20+ page benefits book. I also art-directed and oversaw a staff photoshoot, ensuring that the imagery captured the company’s culture and could be seamlessly integrated into the designs. By incorporating staff photography and design elements from the brand’s promotional materials, I believe we successfully created a cohesive, on-brand collateral package that reinforced the company’s identity.
