The 2024 holiday season marked one of New Seasons Market’s most successful omnichannel experiences. Partnering with the brand team, I developed a cohesive and adaptable content strategy that ensured a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints. From in-store signage to reservation promotions and brand messaging, the campaign maintained a consistent and engaging presence—driving a 6% increase in total reservations, a 14% boost in prepared foods sales, and a 7% rise in average basket size compared to the previous year.

I spearheaded the creative concept and art direction, guiding the campaign from ideation to execution. I also organized and led the in-house photo and video shoot, ensuring every visual element aligned with the campaign’s vision and strengthened the brand’s identity.
